BACK CARE COURSE - This is a six session programme designed specifically to look at strengthening your back to prevent similar
re-occurring injuries in the future. The course will take your knowledge from beginner to advanced.
FAT BUSTING / CIRCUIT CLASS - Circuit training is a combination of high – intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.
SPINNING CLASS – Is an effective workout which allows you to train in the off season, with varied routines keeping things fresh. It’s great for all ability levels as the resistance is as hard or easy as you need it to be.
CORE CLASS - Have you lost some of your tone? Join a small class with a maximum of 5 people. While sitting on a swiss ball, muscle groups are activated helping to stabilise and maintain good balance and posture i.e. abdominals and smaller postural muscles in the lower back. Muscle imbalance can often be attributed to our sedentary lifestyle where muscles can become weak and lazy, which in turn can create stress, wear and tear on the joints.
PILATES CLASS – Aimed at improving posture by tightening your inner muscles which will help your every day well being.
SPIN & CORE COMBINATION – A half hour spin class followed by a half hour core class.
